Can I play online?
This pass is for offline mode: story and campaign play in supported games. Online multiplayer isn’t part of it.
I got signed out while downloading. What now?
That can happen because the account is shared. Sign in again and the download continues. Once a game is downloaded, play it in offline mode without any issue.
Is this a code or key?
No. You get access to an EA account with EA Play Pro active, as described in the delivery instructions in your wallet.
What if it stops working?
Non-working products are covered by support and replacement under our Refund & Replacement Policy. Message us on WhatsApp from your wallet. Digital products can’t be returned or refunded after successful delivery.
